He is certified by the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery and in Complex General Surgical Oncology. He earned his medical degree at Aga Khan University, completed General Surgery residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital and finished a two-year Surgical Oncology fellowship at UPMC.
